On the home stretch to the finish line for our builder (Atelier) at our Greenwich Fairfield development.

The structure of the two buildings is complete, the final sections of roof is being installed with power to be connected this week. Scaffolding is scheduled to be removed from the front of the building by the 14th September marking the completion of the façade, the remaining authority services will be connected shortly thereafter.

Plenty of action in the apartments as the joinery is being installed in parallel with the other finishing trades (painting, floor covering etc) which will then be closely followed by the commissioning, independent testing, defect inspections, then finally the purchaser inspections, all leading to the settlement of the apartments for occupation prior to Christmas.

Busy times ahead for the Atelier team as our development takes great shape in the leafy suburb of Fairfield.
